Commission Naj to produce a portrait or painting for you. Whether its a favourite building or that special place.....a beloved pet or person, past or present, a commissioned artwork can make a unique investment, personalised gift or present. All artwork is hand-painted or hand-drawn, freehand, so you can be assured you are buying genuine original artwork.

Selection of Past Artwork and Commissioned Art
Commissions for portraits (people and animals), house portraits, transport and other subjects undertaken working from good quality photographs. Prices do vary depending on complexity, size and materials. All work is supplied unframed and unmounted, although mounting can be arranged by request for a small additional fee. For price guidance: a simple small (8"inches x 10"inches) single subject head and shoulders, animal portrait pastel painting with simple background on specialist pastel board, unmounted, would normally cost approximately 45.00 GBP (The XE.com Universal Currency Converter), inclusive of UK postage and packing (overseas postage may incur small additional cost).
A variety of media and sizes are available. Overseas customers with Paypal are also welcome.
How Commissioning a Portrait or Painting Works
Before any commission work can begin, the suitability of images must be checked. Images may be sent by e-mail, or by post. They and can be in digital format on a CD if preferred. All images will be returned with the finished artwork.
Once approved and the subject matter agreed, a fixed total cost (including postal insurance, postage & packing) will be given together with an estimated length of time for completion. Before any artwork can begin a deposit of 20% (or 10 GBP, whichever the greater) will be required. Upon receipt of cleared deposit funds an estimated completion date will be provided.
Full payment of the outstanding balance will become payable upon completion and approval. (A thumbnail image of the completed work will be made available for approval.) Once the outstanding balance has cleared, the artwork will be shipped. Please note: completion times depend on current workloads. Accepted payment methods: For U.K. customers only payment via Paypal, personal cheque or Postal Order; for overseas customers Paypal only.
